My husband has used Custom Auto Center in the past. Now it was my turn. The gate to my home closed too quickly and scraped my fender trim panel. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning and received a phone call, on Thursday morning, that my job was done! "Come pick up your car!" Car looks great! People here are professional, nice, pleasant! I highly recommend Custom Auto Center!!! Thank you!!!

Stay away from this shop!!! This has been, without question, the worst auto body repair experience I've ever had. What should have been a straightforward insurance repair turned into more than a year of repeated visits, broken promises, and poor workmanship. After picking up my Infiniti QX60, the front bumper was misaligned, the vehicle developed a persistent rattle, and after another "repair," the bumper literally popped back out after a short drive. I eventually took my vehicle to another reputable body shop, where they showed me exactly how poorly the original repair had been done. It confirmed what I had suspected all along that the work was simply not done correctly. I have months of text messages documenting constant follow-ups because deadlines were repeatedly missed, yet I was continuously told the car would be "ready." Every visit meant more wasted time, more frustration, and another disappointment. To make matters worse, they promised they would cover my rental car while my vehicle was in their shop. Instead, my credit card was charged over $700, and despite repeated promises and countless follow-ups, **they never reimbursed me until I went there and they paid partial

I have done business twice with them and both times I’ve had issues. The first time, they let me know my truck was ready, and when I went to pick it up, I had two different shades of black on my truck! I pointed it out to them, and of course, they took it back and repainted it and got it right the second time. The second time I had to use them, it was the same truck, communication after I dropped, the truck off was terrible! They kept my truck for almost a month before it was fixed and then when I went to pick it up, there was still an item that hadn’t been addressed in regards to the bed rail on my truck. I was assured they would file an addendum and get it taken care of, that was a month or two ago and I still haven’t heard back. Overall, would not recommend as it is quite difficult when you have to do without your work vehicle for that long of a time with very bad communication!

I brought my Cybertruck here after an accident, and they did an incredible job. The rear damage was repaired flawlessly, you can’t even tell it was ever in an accident. Even with some parts being on backorder, they completed everything within about a month, which was impressive. Throughout the process Tony and the whole team kept me updated and were always professional and responsive. Highly recommend Custom Auto Body Shop for anyone who wants quality repairs and great customer service.
